-6 Months Access

-1 Year Access

-Lifetime Access

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

No refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

4. Account Inactivity and Deletion

-If a user does not log in to their GHLPinas account within 3 months, their account will be terminated and deleted, including all associated data and information.

-GHLPinas is not responsible for any loss of access or data due to account inactivity.

5. User Content

-You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant GHLPinas a non-exclusive license to use it for providing services.

-You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content you provide.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

-Engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.

-Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that violates third-party rights.

-Attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to GHLPinas services.

7. Intellectual Property

GHLPinas owns all intellectual property rights related to the platform, except for user-generated content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of GHLPinas without written permission.

8. Termination

GHLPinas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

-Accounts inactive for 3 months will be deleted automatically.

-Users may cancel their subscription anytime, but no refunds will be issued.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

-GHLPinas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

-We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or data breaches resulting from the use of our platform.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of GHLPinas after updates constitutes acceptance.
